POSTPONED - Network Meeting 2020, 18-20 May
The 2020 annual network meeting will take place in Muldersdrift near Johannesburg, South Africa.
DARA invites its UK, SA and African partners to the meeting, together with the advanced training trainees and the 2019-20 basic training programme trainees. The purpose of the meeting is to inform trainees of the opportunities in research, industry, outreach and development across the countries participating in this programme. Academic staff will present the research activities at their partner institute. Talks on the status of the dishes and developments in each of the AVN partner countries will update participants on AVN progress. Related developments with the MeerKAT and SKA-mid arrays will also be presented by SARAO representatives. The CV surgery is a fantastic opportunity for all trainees to receive individual advice on future career options.
