In May/June 2018, DARA students from Botswana and Namibia convened at the Botswana International University of Science and Technology (BIUST) in Palapye, Botswana, to embark on their fourth and final unit as DARA programme students. For two weeks, they studied the details of radio interferometry and, importantly, how put this knowledge into practice. Basic Training 2017-18 Starts

The basic training programme is now in its third year and we would like to welcome our 2017-18 students to the programme. Eduardo Mondlane University in Mozambique has successfully hosted its first unit 1 course. Unit 1 courses in Kenya, Zambia and Madagascar will take place during November, and in Botswana/Namibia during January.
